By accessing or using MentorMesh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

MentorMesh is a marketplace connecting learners with AI-powered mentor avatars created by expert creators. Sessions are delivered via AI and do not constitute professional advice, therapy, or licensed counsel of any kind.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of the knowledge they upload. Content must not infringe intellectual property rights, contain harmful material, or make claims that require professional licensure.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. The platform retains a commission on creator sessions. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of a session. Platform AI mentor sessions are non-refundable.

6. Disclaimers

AI mentors provide educational content only. Financial mentors do not provide licensed financial advice. Fitness mentors do not replace medical professionals. Relationship mentors are not licensed therapists. Always consult qualified professionals for serious matters.

7. Limitation of Liability

MentorMesh is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI mentor guidance.
