We collect information you provide (name, email, payment details) and usage data (sessions, interactions, device info). Session transcripts are stored to improve your learning experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to deliver sessions, personalize learning, process payments, send notifications, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored securely via Supabase (SOC 2 compliant). Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant). Session transcripts are encrypted at rest.
4. AI Processing
Session conversations are processed by AI models (Anthropic Claude) to generate responses. Transcripts may be used to improve mentor quality but are not shared with third parties.
5. Creator Data
Knowledge uploaded by creators is stored and vectorized for AI retrieval. Creators retain ownership of their content and can request deletion at any time.
6. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@mentormesh.ai. Account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used without consent.
